Christmas Pub Quiz 2023

At an evening of full-on energetic intellectual enjoyment at The Reindeer pub, we raised about Β£800!!! Raffle prizes were donated by a range of local businesses and friends of MTG, we cannot thank you enough for your generous contributions. Also it was wonderful to see so many people out to support their community. Let’s do it again next year! Congratulations to this year’s quiz winners, Maff and Sally Steele, seen here with the priceless Golden Mike trophy.

This was such a great day out for us all, huge thanks to the organisers for inviting us to appear on such a beautiful stage.

Lord Mayor’s Procession, Norwich 2023

Early days

Mind The Gap started in February 2014 at Fine City Audio, a small independent studio in Norwich.  We ran music sessions every Wednesday until the end of August of that year. Our aim was to provide a place where people could meet and play together, allowing bands to form organically. Mental Health can be a very lonely place and with the support of each other and Mind The Gap our members have not only a creative outlet but also a place to meet new people and make friends. Although we had no premises by Christmas we all got together for a party.

ABBACISE

In spring 2023, we mixed a little bit of exercise into our love of music. All great for your well-being … Massive thanks to Michelle and Adrenalize Crew for making this happen! ❀️πŸͺ©πŸͺ©πŸͺ©πŸ”₯

Abbacise will be back in the spring of 2024, by popular demand!!!
