Welcome!
Mind the Gap is an inclusive music group for people with mental and physical health issues in Norwich. We provide a friendly, safe environment to socialise with fellow musicians, play music, form bands, improve skills on guitar, bass, drums, songwriting, vocals and performance.

Currently we’re doing these things:
Music Hub
Come along to Plug Studios on Wednesdays 1-4pm, we supply five rooms for people to play loud music, learn instruments, share skills, form bands and support networks.
Acoustic Social
On Thursdays you can find MTG at The Silver Rooms, 2-4pm. This is an acoustic group session where we play covers, and practise so we can busk and perform in the city and even at festivals!
Sing n Social
Also at The Silver Rooms, on the first Saturday of the month is 1:30-3:30pm. Easy to join in (we sing from lyric sheets); pop classics from a wide range of styles! Break for delicious cake and tea/coffee half way through.

The Mind The Gap Punk Rock All Stars formed as a supergroup in 2019, as part of a larger community project, Anglia Square: A Love Story. Head over to Bandcamp to listen to this epic collaboration of many local groups! All proceeds from the downloads go to MTG.
