We’re into week 4 of the wednesday sessions and everyone is really enjoying it.  We have three rooms.  A noisy room, and electronic room and a folk acoustic room!  Its great to be back again and see old faces, new faces and happy faces!!

Mental Health still holds a massive stigma, not enough people talk about it, open up about their feelings. 1 in 4 of us will suffer, everyone is connected to someone with mental health issues.
